Job type: Permanent contract
Hours: 37 hours per week, working 5 days across Mon-Sun, working between 14:20 and 21:45

The Key Cage Administrator role is a vital role to provide support within the Mail Centre and strengthen the unit performance.

In order for us to run an efficient operation the successful applicant would be expected to:

  • Check signing on sheets
  • Sign in vehicles
  • Communicate on daily issues, for example traffic conditions, weather, RTCs

Tasks also include:

  • Admin duties such as answering the phone/radio
  • Dealing with customers
  • Maintaining duty packs
  • Recording agency driver duties
  • Completing yard checks

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
