Job Responsibilities
  • Being the face of the business for beauty and luxury clients—building trust and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Owning projects from start to finish: from creative brief through production to the big reveal.
  • Working hand-in-hand with production and design teams to deliver fresh, innovative solutions.
  • Finding ways to grow accounts and uncover new opportunities.
  • Keeping comms clear and smooth between clients and the team.
  • Pulling together reports, updates, and presentations that shine.
  • Jumping in to support the wider accounts crew when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management, client services, or project management (bonus points if it's in beauty, luxury, or creative production).
  • A natural organiser who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong people skills—you know how to build rapport and keep clients smiling.
