A leading NHS trust in London seeks a dedicated team member to provide effective patient care, manage a group of staff, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide an effective, safe environment of care for individual patients, their relatives and carers.
To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without supervision.
To act as the designated deputy to the Ward Manager.
To teach and supervise junior and unqualified staff and maintain a learning environment.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
