Junior Projects Estimator | North West London

Join a leading provider in the electronic security and systems industry, currently experiencing a dynamic phase of growth. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Estimator who is aspiring to step into this sector to support their expanding projects team. In this position, you’ll play a key part in the pricing and preparation of installation projects, ranging from small-scale works to major developments, based on tender documents, drawings, and specifications.

The Role:

• Proactively source and identify suitable tender opportunities, engaging with existing and potential clients using internal CRM and databases
• Analyse and interpret tender documents, including technical drawings and specifications, to extract key project requirements
• Prepare detailed, compliant quotations aligned with industry standards, utilising various in-house software tools and applications

Key Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience working within the construction sector or with contractor-based organisations
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand project tender documents, including specifications and technical drawings
• Proficient in using a range of software applications, including the full Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and estimating tools
