Junior Product Manager Lincoln or St Neots area (Hybrid working) Permanent Full Time

Our busy Product Management team is small but expanding due to increased work and new business. It s a really exciting time to be joining us with business at record levels which are still rising.

In this role you will initially provide effective and professional support to the Head of Product Management. Under their guidance and mentorship you will develop your skills and experience to take on more responsibility and progress your career as the team continues to grow.

The location could be either our Lincoln (LN6 3AS) or St Neots (PE19 6BN) office but hybrid working will be available where weekly working from home days are agreed with your line manager. A full driving licence and own transport is essential.

How you ll support us

  • Support the Head of Product Management in the creation, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the MASS product strategy and its associated deliverables.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing customer feedback to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Help maintain the product roadmaps and participate in prioritisation discussions.
  • Assist in taking new ideas through the MASS new product development process.
  • Help with managing changes and updates to existing products.
  • Prepare and deliver product related presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of business cases.
  • Track product performance and report against defined key performance indicators.
  • Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings.

You could be straight out of College / University looking for your first venture into a Business related career, or already working in a junior role and looking for your first opportunity to progress

Essential:

  • GCSE Passes in English and Maths
  • A-Level Pass in Business Studies, Marketing or other relevant area
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (excel, google sheets, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or other relevant area
  • Internship or work experience in product management roles
  • Exposure to working with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Development)
