Two Tone Production is a media-focused marketing and production agency working across the creative and entertainment industries. We collaborate with Big Tech brands, record labels, and entertainment partners to bring ambitious ideas to life, from live events and experiential activations to content and campaigns.

We’re a fast-moving, hands-on team that values quality, creativity, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Co-Founders to deliver high-quality, production-led work for our key clients. This role offers genuine learning and progression, with hands-on production experience, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to build skills.

What will you be doing?
  • Support the senior producer across all stages of production, from creative planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event wrap.
  • Coordinate logistics for live events, experiential activations, content shoots, and marketing productions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, safety standards, legal requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, production schedules, call sheets, and run-of-show documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, talent, partners, venues etc).
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, contracting, and onboarding to ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Support on-site production, including load-in/load-out, technical coordination, and talent support.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain production documentation, and escalate risks or issues to senior producers.
Who are you?
  • You have a genuine passion for music, entertainment and/or experiential marketing.
  • You’re curious, eager to learn, and enjoy asking questions.
  • You understand production processes for events, activations, or content.
  • You bring a creative eye to production, whether that’s visual detail, event ideas, or contributing to the look and feel of a space or experience.
  • You’re a clear communicator with strong problem-solving and client-service skills.
  • You can build relationships with teammates, freelancers, clients, and vendors.
  • You’re organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • You have some hands-on, on-site production experience in live events or entertainment environments.
  • You’re adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced settings, including occasional evenings or weekends during key production periods.
What We Offer
  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Exposure to high-profile and varied productions
  • Training and development support
  • Clear progression pathway
  • A supportive and collaborative environment
