As a Junior Producer, you'll work closely with our talented production teams to ensure every shoot runs seamlessly from concept to completion. You'll be involved in pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and administrative support, helping bring creative ideas to life across multiple locations. Assist Producers with pre-production tasks, including mood boards, prop requirements, and shoot planning.
Organise studios, locations, travel, and catering for shoots.
Compile call sheets and attend shoots at Harrods sites or external locations, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage administrative duties such as cost tracking, purchase orders, and image asset filing.
This role requires full flexibility across the working week to accommodate early shoot times across our sites and on location.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working - this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a keen eye for detail. You're highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Your communication skills allow you to build strong relationships across teams, and you remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook.
