We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Junior Personal Assistant to join our client’s fashion head office based in the West End! In this dynamic role, you'll support 3 of their leadership team while playing a key part in shaping internal communications and connecting colleagues across the business.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Personal Assistant, your role will be a mix of executive support and internal communications, including:

• Internal Events Coordination:
  • Organise and support internal events such as Conferences, Town Hall Meetings, and team sessions.
  • Ensure employees across all brands feel informed, engaged, and valued.
• Executive Support:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to three Executive Board members.
  • Manage busy diaries, coordinate travel and accommodation, and oversee inbox and expense management as needed.
• Internal Communications:
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal comms campaigns and initiatives.
  • Write engaging copy for newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Manage the content calendar and create simple visuals/graphics for internal channels.
• Team Support & Budget Management:
  • Act as a key liaison for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, stepping in when needed.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage department budgets and process invoices.
