With guidance from experienced analysts, you’ll build reports, dashboards, and tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau that help drive real decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse data from loan applications and customer interactions to find trends and improve processes
  • Build dashboards and automation tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms
  • Work with Operations leaders to solve problems and support reporting
  • Present clear insights to non-technical teams
About You

You don’t need lots of experience — just a sharp mind, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in data. Recent grads or early-career professionals welcome.

Must-haves:

  • Degree in a numbers-based subject (Maths, Economics, Data Science, Psychology with research)
  • Basic SQL and Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and curiosity
  • Passion for using data to improve things

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Python, R, or data visualisation tools
  • Internship or project experience in analytics
  • Knowledge of customer journeys or financial products
