Junior Materials Technician (Engineering)

Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 + Bonus + 31 Days Holiday + Flexible Hours + Private healthcare + Benefits

Location: Honiton, Devon

Are you an Aspiring Engineer with an interest in materials looking to join a technical materials testing business who will offer you flexible hours, private healthcare and a bonus?

Your role will involve the creation and testing of specimens, creation of certificates and basic report writing. This role is not your typical material testing position - you\'ll be working across a wide variety of interesting and unique materials and use a multitude of different techniques.

Role & Responsibilities

• Creation and testing of material specimens.
• Writing of reports to feedback results of the tests.
• 40 hours a week with flexible start and finish times.

Qualifications

• Holds a BTEC / NVQ in engineering or Maths / Science A-Levels.
• Has an interest in materials.
