A Junior Designer / Junior Graphics Designer is needed to join one of Britain’s most prestigious private members clubs on a permanent basis. If you’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have a solid grasp of design principles and printing processes, and can create innovative concepts, we want to see your impressive portfolio!

Situated in 42 acres of landscaped grounds adjacent to the River Thames in Fulham, the Club is recognised as one of the world’s finest private member clubs. Since its opening in 1869, the Club’s croquet and tennis lawns, botanical gardens and stately Georgian Clubhouse have made it a sought‑after destination for exclusive sporting and social activities.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Communications and working closely with the Design Lead and Senior Designer, the Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency through expert use of typography and layout. You’ll develop and execute various design projects adhering to brand guidelines, creating both print and digital marketing materials such as posters, brochures, email graphics, social media content, and more. Your responsibilities will include providing creative input across the Communications Department, working closely with the Food and Beverage team to produce regular menu updates and on‑brand seasonal promotions, producing event artwork and assisting the Photographer & Social Media Coordinator with the day‑to‑day operations of the Club’s social media channels as needed.

In short, your skills with Adobe Creative Suite and innovative ideas will keep their communication fresh and engaging.

To qualify… You should be a Junior Designer / Junior Graphics Designer / Design Coordinator / Junior Artworker or similar with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:

  • A solid foundation in design principles and printing processes.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are collaborative and team‑oriented, with experience working in a creative team and managing a shared workflow.
  • You are a confident designer with an eye for detail and presentation, whilst being open to feedback and able to handle input from members of the team.
  • You are organised, comfortable managing different lead times and multitasking alongside other projects.
  • You can see projects through from brief to completion, including understanding the importance of brand guidelines and house style.
  • A positive and enthusiastic can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
