Jira Specialist - SC Cleared

Overview

Our client is seeking a Jira Service Management (JSM) Specialist for a 3-month initial contract. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to site as needed.

Essential Skills

1. Jira/JSM administrative privileges, plug-ins, and add-ins
2. Experience building Jira/JSM workflows, forms, and dashboards
3. Experience with Jira/JSM reporting
4. Experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
5. Experience with Configuration Management and databases

Desirable Skills

Experience with other service management tools such as Remedy, Helix, and ServiceNow is desirable.

Additional Information

This role is based from home with occasional travel to the site. Candidates with or who have previously held high-level security clearance are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will require security clearance, which can take up to 10 weeks.
