Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for IT Services.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment across sites.
• Produce user guides and IT support documents.

Skills

Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft applications

Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to assist non-technical users

Willingness to work evenings/weekends

Education
