A UK education provider seeks an IT Support Supervisor to ensure smooth IT Helpdesk operations and provide exceptional first-line support. The candidate should effectively coordinate support activities, manage ticket allocation, and contribute to efficient IT services. To provide exceptional customer service and quality first line technical support for the college's digital equipment within the IT Services department supporting complex systems across multiple sites in an exciting, large enterprise environment.
