We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer. You will provide technical support on a range of software and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various IT domains within our organisation. This role involves on-site attendance to deliver user IT support (2nd and 3rd Line), assisting users with day-to-day queries, and actively participating in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site first point of contact for IT hardware and software support.
  • Manage firewall configurations and ensure their effective operation.
  • Provide support for laptops, including Mac devices.
  • Administer and manage user accounts and MS Office 365 profiles.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues using systematic troubleshooting skills.
  • Perform daily system checks to maintain optimal performance.
  • Resolve complex problems and issues in a timely manner based on priorities.
  • Create user guides and documentation.
  • Assist both on-site and remote users with their IT needs (Driving Licence required)
  • Monitor and maintain networks and hardware resources.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
  • Previous experience in supporting on-site hardware and software.
  • Firewall management expertise.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, Egnyte, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving IT issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of Mac devices and support.
  • Experience with user account management and MS Office 365 profiles.
  • Ability to create user guides and documentation.
  • Understanding of network monitoring and hardware resource maintenance.

Hours :
