Overview

We are recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for an organisation in the Morley area of Leeds.

This is a permanent position but is paid through our agency for the first 3 months whilst you are in probation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first line IT service desk support for PCs and laptops with basic troubleshooting.
  • Deal with colleagues on a day-to-day basis, delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Assist with common 1st line issues and escalate when necessary in line with process.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Some experience working on an IT Service Desk dealing with basic troubleshooting requests around PCs and laptops.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills are basic requirements.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT with exposure to 1st line issues.
