ROLE OVERVIEW

• Location: Remote (Central European Time zone)
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to Germany, France, and potentially Tunisia

• Duration: Minimum 6 months
• ERP Experience: Oracle EBS preferred (SAP acceptable)

POSITION SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to join our global IT Project Management Office (PMO). This is a 6-month contractor contract with the possibility of extension. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and driving a diverse portfolio of technology projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle. You will lead the development of project documentation, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and facilitate communication to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, the ideal candidate will bring proven project management experience, multilingual fluency, and a passion for optimizing processes that drive enterprise-wide results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the execution and delivery of IT projects across multiple departments in alignment with client PMO standards.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including charters, SOWs, schedules, communication plans, and status reports.
• Organize and facilitate regular project meetings; track milestones, issues, and resolutions.
• Liaise with IT functional leads, business executives, vendors, and end users to drive project goals.
• Prepare high-quality documentation and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to support regression testing, UATs, and debugging efforts.
• Manage change control, risk mitigation, and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the PMO to improve methodology and efficiency.
• Provide cross-training and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teams/SharePoint, OnePlan, Clarity PPM (or similar tools).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP acceptable).
• Fluent in English, German, and French.
• Based in or aligned to the Central European Time zone.
• Flexibility to travel to Germany, France, and potentially Tunisia, otherwise will be remote.
