We are delighted to be recruiting for an IT Network Engineer to join a high-profile organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated network professional to take on a hands-on role supporting and delivering a secure, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical network infrastructure, ensuring services remain robust and available at all times. You will take ownership of IT projects, from capacity planning through to seamless service introduction, while working closely with delivery partners and suppliers to ensure maximum uptime and quick resolution of any issues. A key focus of this role will be hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, alongside the drive to implement service improvements and apply innovative solutions that strengthen security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance critical network infrastructure to ensure services are robust and available.
• Own IT projects from capacity planning through to seamless service introduction.
• Work closely with delivery partners and suppliers to ensure maximum uptime and quick resolution of issues.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN and drive service improvements and innovative solutions to strengthen security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating, maintaining, and implementing Fortinet SD-WAN.
• CCNA Enterprise or CCNP-level accreditations.
• Experience working with service providers and suppliers is essential.
• NOC background would be highly beneficial, particularly for candidates moving toward a project-driven, hands-on engineering position.
