£65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
A IT Change Manager is required for a specialist global insurer undergoing major IT and operational transformation. You will run and evolve a high-volume, global change process that underpins all technology delivery.
You’ll manage around 150 changes per week across infrastructure, cloud, and applications, leading global CAB meetings and working closely with your US counterpart to keep services stable while driving modernisation. This is not just a static governance post, you’ll refine how Change engages with engineers, developers, and business users, making the process more transparent, automated, and user-friendly.
