As Inzpire continues to expand its multi-domain capabilities, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This exciting role is aimed at developing a broad selection of growth opportunities but with a particular focus on uncrewed systems and combat air major programmes, including autonomous platforms. There is also a requirement to support our rapidly growing AI capability team in identifying internal and external opportunities.
You will work collegiately with Inzpire’s Leadership Team and Heads of Division to address complex UK and International defence and security challenges. Your mission will be to develop clear, actionable plans that align Inzpire’s cutting-edge capabilities with these challenges. Success in this role will require building credible relationships with customers, often at a senior level.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across UK defence, NATO and key international markets in Europe and the Middle East.
Strategic Alignment: Analyse and understand defence and security challenges, devising strategies to align Inzpire’s expertise with customer needs.
Opportunity Management: Manage a portfolio of business opportunities, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This role does not include direct personnel management but demands excellent teamwork and communication across multiple organisations.
We are looking for a driven professional who combines extensive experience of defence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment. You will be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently to assist Inzpire in achieve our strategic aims.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
