Key Responsibilities
Investment Leadership
- Lead the commercial structuring and investment positioning of A Healthier Earth’s projects — spanning carbon removal, circular economy infrastructure, and regenerative energy systems.
- Build robust, flexible financial models that inform strategy, support fundraising, and withstand investor diligence.
- Develop and refine project business cases that integrate technical feasibility, customer value, and capital structuring.
- Prepare and deliver investment materials, term sheets, risk analyses, and investor-facing presentations.
- Represent A Healthier Earth in front of capital partners — including PE funds, infrastructure investors, lenders, family offices, and DFIs.
- Guide projects through investment readiness milestones — managing commercial risks, capital stack design, and execution timelines.
Market Strategy & Capital Alignment
- Monitor global carbon market trends, policy movements, and pricing signals to inform investment strategy.
- Work with internal carbon and sales teams to ensure our project economics reflect buyer expectations and long-term offtake potential.
- Shape commercial models that align with carbon market signals while remaining investable for institutional equity and debt partners.
- Identify and engage aligned capital partners based on mandate fit, risk appetite, and climate impact alignment.
- Contribute to cross-functional prioritisation of projects based on financial readiness, scalability, and investor traction.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with technical leads, carbon teams, external advisors, and project delivery colleagues to drive project progression.
- Support legal and commercial negotiations from the capital perspective, helping ensure bankability and alignment with investor needs.
- Help build internal investment capability — including tools, templates, processes, and coaching of junior team members.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their commercial drivers and align these with financial structuring.

- Experience in modelling impact-adjusted returns or carbon-linked revenues.
- Background working with international partners, DFIs, or blended finance initiatives.
