This is a front office role with responsibility for the Group’s treasury activity including management of daily cash requirements, execution of foreign exchange transactions and forecasting of liquidity needs over the following 12 months. The role also contributes to investment management of fixed income portfolios through production of credit research and analysis, portfolio analysis and performance attribution. Compliance with risk limits and delivery against regular reporting requirements are key accountabilities. The role holder is also expected to display knowledge and understanding of macroeconomic and technical developments impacting financial markets.
