A leading electronics company in Greater London is looking for a Warehouse Support Assistant to help with inventory preparation, eCommerce fulfilment, and technical pre-processing. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, performing technical operations, managing RMAs, and ensuring sustainability in sorting processes. Candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. This full-time role offers a salary range of $1800-$3000 per month.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in inventory, data entry, and documentation.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.
• Basic understanding of ICT devices (training provided).
• Good communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual & functional tests on devices.
• Support RMA workflows and track status.
• Receive and process traded-in electronics.
• Sort and manage devices according to sustainability standards.
• Maintain accurate records for buyback transactions.
