Interim Head of Building & Facilities

3-month assignment

London (NW) | On-site

£200£300 per day (inside IR35)

Were supporting a well-established, high-profile community and cultural organisation in North West London that is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Building & Facilities for an initial three-month assignment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with full responsibility for a complex, multi‑use building, overseeing all facilities management, health & safety, compliance and contractor performance. Youll work closely with the Director of Finance & Operations and line‑manage a Facilities Coordinator.

Key focus areas include :

Day‑to‑day building and facilities management across a busy, public‑facing site

Oversight of outsourced contractors (M&E, cleaning, security, IT / telecoms)

Health & safety leadership and statutory compliance

Managing planned and reactive maintenance and major works on site

Acting as the key point of contact for suppliers, managing agents and insurers
