A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Integrated Care Nurse to join their Planned Care team in London. We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Care Nurse to join our Planned Care team at HMP Pentonville, a category B prison located in London.
HMP Pentonville is a male remand prison with a capacity of 1,200 inmates and is 10 minutes from Kings Cross station.
They have an on‑site staff canteen and gym, and the training and development opportunities are excellent.
37.5 hours a week, Monday‑Friday 7.30am‑4pm. Some flexibility required.
This is a full‑time position. The annual salary is up to £55,086 per annum, FTE‑based, depending on experience.
