Summary

An opportunity to join a multi-faceted insurance broker with a UK and global footprint. Our client is seeking to recruit a new Broker / Account Handler to join the expanding UK retail division. You will be responsible for the placement and servicing of niche personal lines products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Service the insurance needs of existing customers, providing quality customer care, and ensuring prompt handling of documents and issues.
  • Liaise with insurers regarding client policies.
  • Discuss additional products, cover, and services with clients.
  • Maintain client files in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Work within delegated underwriting authorities.
Candidate profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with IT systems.

  • Understanding of FCA regulations.

Additional information:
