Our Academy of Engineering covers Agricultural, Motor Vehicle and Large Transport Vehicle Engineering with multiple training facilities across our campus to ensure our learners are industry‑focused and career ready. The College has significantly invested in the Engineering facility, including a £7 million Advanced Engineering and Agri‑Tech Centre, and a state‑of‑the‑art Large Transport Vehicle Engineering Academy. We also have an impressive five‑bay, high‑spec equipment facility for our Motor Vehicle cohort.
As an Instructor, you will deliver practical sessions to students on a range of programmes up to Level 3. You will supervise hands‑on activities, support learners in developing industry‑standard skills, and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. You will also play a key role in maintaining equipment and supporting the wider team with curriculum development and learner progression.
This role constitutes 'regulated activity' as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012, and therefore the successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must also have the right to work in the UK and provide evidence for this. Online checks will be carried out during the recruitment process.
