Are you passionate about education and eager to inspire the next generation of learners? InspireU is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Tutors to join our dynamic team. As a Cover Tutor, you will play a vital role supporting students' learning journeys, ensuring continuity and quality in their education during periods of staff absence.

We are seeking four relief positions, across the provision, and you may be asked to deliver a session at any of our seven sites.

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by teachers or adapt materials as needed.
  • Support students' academic progress and wellbeing.
  • Ensure classroom management and uphold InspireU’s values and policies, following the behaviour and conduct policies in place.
