JOB DESCRIPTION

On behalf of our client, a renowned insolvency firm on the Isle of Man, we’re seeking a skilled Insolvency Practitioner to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the insolvency sector on this beautiful, culturally rich island.

Responsibilities

• Taking formal insolvency appointments, and managing a diverse portfolio of cases from initiation to completion.
• Offering strategic advice to distressed businesses, creditors, and stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated insolvency team, fostering their growth and development.
• Engaging with local businesses and financial institutions, solidifying existing relationships and forging new ones.
• Keeping abreast of legislative changes and best practices within the insolvency and wider financial sector.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification as an Insolvency Practitioner.
• Proven track record in handling a broad spectrum of insolvency cases.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
