My client is a UK Top 100 full-service firm, with strong legal rankings and a stellar reputation across numerous practice areas. They are currently seeking a Legal Director up to Partner level to join their market-leading restructuring & insolvency team. You can expect high-calibre work advising both corporate entities and individuals, within a specialist team offering great career development options.

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for:

  1. Working on both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to restructuring & insolvency.
  2. Advising a broad range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, shareholders, and directors.
  3. Supervising and supporting junior team members.
  4. Demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and its ongoing development.

To be considered for the role, you should:

  • Possess excellent technical knowledge of and familiarity with contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring law.
  • Experience with bankruptcy, post-bankruptcy, and trustee issues would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail and be a confident, articulate communicator.
