We're working with a leading firm on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Insolvency Investigator who is eager to tackle challenges head-on and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the industry working on complex, high-level insolvency investigation cases.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous contentious insolvency / insolvency investigation experience.

This role can be done remotely with occasional office visits based on case needs (e.g. court appearances).

Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking investigations to identify any fraud, dishonest conduct and/or negligence on the part of the former office holder
• Liaising with the ECU manager and the office holder to provide all relevant evidence to submit bond or PI claims.
• Investigating misconduct by former directors, shadow directors, debtors and connected third parties.
• Identifying potential heads of claim under the Insolvency Act 1986 and other relevant legislation.
• Reporting to the ECU manager and case partner on a regular basis to update them on case progression.
