• Own the process: from discovery and prototyping to deployment and enablement, manage the full lifecycle of data products.
• Get hands‑on: use SQL, Power BI, and Python/R to produce robust, actionable insights that tell a compelling story.
• Influence at the top: translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Drive innovation: champion best practices in analytics and data storytelling, and keep us ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder‑facing analytics roles, influencing decisions through data.
• Strong technical skills in SQL (BigQuery preferred), Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and Python or R.
• Experience building scalable data products or insight frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A natural communicator who can simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
