Job description

My client is a highly recognised global pension fund who is seeking to hire an Infrastructure Analyst to work in their London office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team with plenty of capital to deploy over the coming years in to European Infrastructure Investments.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Manager of Investments & Asset Management in optimising returns from the infrastructure portfolio through:
    1. The analysis, review and due diligence investigations relating to new infrastructure investment opportunities
    2. Ongoing review and management of existing fund infrastructure portfolio and reporting
    3. The undertaking of industry analysis and market research
  2. Maintain and develop asset financial models for valuations and scenario testing
  3. Assisting with deal structuring, financing, documentation review, approval papers and processing of investment opportunities.
  4. Scenario and sensitivity analysis for existing assets and new opportunities
  5. A strong degree in a related subject such as finance, engineering, real estate
  6. A good understanding of the factors influencing infrastructure investments
  7. 2-4 years' experience of relevant infrastructure investment experience in investment management, professional services, investment banking (M&A), project finance or corporate finance
