Information Security Management System (ISMS) - Early Careers

WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY

Camlin Group (is looking for a college/university student who is currently undertaking studies in Cyber Security field to join its Security Team at its Lisburn office). The successful applicant can expect to join a growing team. Daily activities can range from helpdesk activities to audit preparation. This person will be expected to liaise with many departments within Camlin Group to ensure they are meeting their information security requirements. While being able to work closely with others, he or she will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently. The position offers flexible work arrangements to support candidate’s education and future development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the InfoSec Officer during management reviews of information security, at planned intervals, to ensure continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
• Assist internal auditors to ensure audits are conducted in an objective and impartial manner.
• Support a continual improvement policy with respect to information security for Camlin Group
• Review information security tickets
• Liaise with the IT and Software Departments on ISMS related work items.
• Responding to helpdesk queries
• Ensuring business policies, procedures and processes are up to date.
• Communicating any outstanding work around assets and risks to their owners
• Performing the due diligence assessment on new suppliers and software.
• Preparing Company-wide ISMS awareness communications and announcements
