Overview

As an Industrial Placement Construction Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, on time and to the required quality. This placement offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a foundation in quantity surveying.

What will your day-to-day duties include?

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects.
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.

How does a placement work?

The programme will take 12 months to complete and is designed to immerse you in the world of construction. You will gain practical experiences to support the rest of your degree.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking students undertaking a degree in Construction Management or a related field who have the option or requirement to complete a placement year from 2025 - 2026. After your placement, you will return to university with a graduation year of 2027.
