The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a specialist indoor production facility, overseeing operations across laboratory, glasshouse and controlled-environment growing areas.

You’ll lead the site team, maintain exceptional standards and ensure customer deadlines are consistently met.

Day-to-Day, You’ll Be:
  • Managing and supporting a small, diverse site team
  • Overseeing production across growing, harvesting and laboratory areas
  • Ensuring quality, traceability, hygiene and Health & Safety standards
  • Coordinating production to meet customer requirements
  • Working closely with senior management to improve site efficiency
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven people management experience
  • Agriculture or horticulture background (or strong practical experience)
  • Organised, confident and hands‑on leadership style
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • A positive, proactive attitude - personality is key (technical training provided.)
