Your role

As an Independent Non-Executive Director, you will:

• Strengthen and oversee corporate governance frameworks.
• Contribute to strategy, growth, and international expansion.
• Support internal audit and risk management processes.
• Commit around 3 hours per week, including one monthly Board meeting (online or in person).
• Have your appointment formally registered with Companies House.
