Job summary

A leading advocacy organization in Scotland is seeking an Independent Advocacy Worker to empower vulnerable individuals and support their rights. This home-based role covers the Ross & Cromarty area and requires excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will provide advocacy to clients aged 16 and above, with training provided. A full driving licence and access to personal transport are essential. Competitive pay and company pension contributions are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one advocacy for people aged 16 plus.
  • Support individuals under the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) Act 2003.
  • Travel to appointments and meetings as necessary.
