We are seeking confident and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our partner primary schools near Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators ready to lead lessons, support learning across KS1–KS2, and take on wider responsibilities that contribute to pupil progress.
Our partner schools in and around Taunton are committed to providing inclusive, nurturing learning environments. These schools value initiative, creativity, and collaborative team members who can adapt and lead within a primary classroom setting.
As a HLTA, you will step into a lead role when needed—delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting groups of pupils, and collaborating with class teachers to reinforce pupil learning. You’ll work across Key Stage 1 and 2, delivering lessons and maintaining the school’s high standards for education and care.
With us, you’re not just a number. Every day we come to work to create exceptional experiences in education. We might not be in the classroom anymore but we want to impact the education community—by inspiring children with quality education, supporting schools when they need it most, and giving you flexible, fair & transparent employment.
