Job description

We are currently looking for an Incoming Quality Inspector. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that only components meeting quality requirements are released into production, collaborating with employees and the Quality Department in the UK to achieve set goals, and supporting other team members when necessary. Key tasks:

• Receipt of components delivered for inspection, determining the amount of received material.
• Implementation of procedures related to quality control.
• Record keeping for delivered components and required reports.
• Registering the results of the current inspection in the system.
• Extensive cooperation with the Quality Assurance Engineer in PL and the Quality Department in the UK.
• Take care of the rules of documentation circulation and order in their storage.
• Verification of the status of periodic and detailed control plans.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness - apply the 5S principles.
• Developing instructions and procedures aimed at improving the functioning of the quality management system in the area of Quality Control and warehouse.
• Developing training materials and conducting training for the team.

Your profile

• Knowledge of electronic components and technical drawings
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Knowledge and experience in using measurement tools (multimeters, calipers, micrometers go/no-go gauges etc.)
• Communication skills and ease of making contacts with colleagues
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in low-volume production (high-mix low-volume)
• Experience in using SAP software will be an advantage
