Overview

We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our Rent and Letting Support team. In this role, you’ll not only safeguard the income that keeps our services running, but also give residents the advice, support and confidence they need to feel included and financially stable.

  • Provide residents with advice, support and confidence to feel included and financially stable
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of line management
  • Positive "can do" attitude and a track record of making customer focused change to improve service
  • Record of meeting challenging income recovery targets within the housing sector
  • Knowledge of DWP Welfare Benefits and experience working with potentially vulnerable customers
  • Experience in Social Housing
