This is a fully remote position beginning in January 2026, with a 37.5‑hour week and a shift‑based rota across 7 days (including 2 of 5 weekends). Basic salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Lead an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract playing a key role in customer support. You will handle inbound calls only, with no cold calling or sales activities. The role offers hybrid working, requiring a 50% monthly split, and operates Monday‑Friday from 08:45 to 17:00.
