Inbound Sales Advisor – Remote (UK Insurance Company)

You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are currently within the last 6 months of their contracts. The role involves assisting with retentions, selling additional products and services as required, and engaging brand‑new customers. This is a fully remote position beginning in January 2026, with a 37.5‑hour week and a shift‑based rota across 7 days (including 2 of 5 weekends). Basic salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Customer Service Advisor – Sheffield (Fixed Term Contract)

Lead an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract playing a key role in customer support. You will handle inbound calls only, with no cold calling or sales activities. The role offers hybrid working, requiring a 50% monthly split, and operates Monday‑Friday from 08:45 to 17:00.

Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator – nCardgains (Sheffield)

Support independent greeting card and gift retailers as part of a small team. This role focuses on sales support and marketing coordination, providing an enthusiastic and confident presence within the buying group.

Customer Service / Sales Advisor – Various Locations (Thorne, Adwick Park, etc.)

Work a dynamic customer‑service and sales role across multiple locations including Thorne and Adwick Park. This full‑time, permanent position offers a starting salary of £25,480 with additional uncapped bonus potential, and includes benefits such as a company pension, employee and store discounts, sick pay, and access to Concentrix University for career development.
