We are working with a leading in-house company who are seeking an In-House Legal Contracts & IP Manager to join their team in Lincoln on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? To be successful, you will need 3+ years’ experience working within a similar position. It is essential to have both commercial and IP experience, you’ll need strong experience in dealing with commercial contracts and intellectual property management. If you have experience from a manufacturing background, this would be great. However, all applications with relevant experience from any industry background are welcome. Additionally, you will need to possess a law / business degree.

Duties
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Managing agreements.
  • Handling quotes.
  • IP management – dealing with infringements; IP applications & renewals etc.
  • Maintaining the legal records within the firm’s database.
  • Dealing with litigation / dispute resolution.
