  • Monday–Friday | 07 : 30–16 : 30 (1-hour lunch)

We’re working with a well-established FMCG food importer, growing rapidly across the UK and Ireland, who are looking to add an Import Coordinator to their expanding supply chain team.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in managing the end‑to‑end import process, working closely with overseas suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure products arrive on time and in full.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing end-to-end purchase order processing, from demand planning through to UK and Irish port clearance
  • Communicating with overseas suppliers to confirm production readiness and shipping schedules
  • Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to internal planning teams
  • Managing and checking all import documentation, licences, and certificates for customs clearance
