In this role you will own the project delivery lifecycle for new RiskSmart client implementation and consultancy projects.

What you'll do
Implementation Management
- Initiate and lead a project kick‑off with new clients working closely with the sales team to transfer knowledge from the pre‑sales process.
- Liaise with clients to identify, understand and document their business requirements.
- Liaise with other departments within TSI to design, coordinate and deliver solutions for their business requirements.
- Set up and test software platform workflows including position uploads, trade feeds, P&L, VaR, stress testing, trade reporting, etc.
- Understand client financial market risk modelling requirements and relate these to the functionality provided in the platform.
- Provide user training and onsite or remote support.
- Manage complex implementation projects across internal and external teams to ensure all dependencies are resolved quickly and client expectations are managed.
- Assist with troubleshooting where required.
- Create and maintain client workflow documentation.
Client Relationship Management
- Build a relationship with our clients as a primary point of contact and establish a good understanding of their business strategies across all asset classes.
- Provide regular visits, phone calls and updates to the client to ensure they are sufficiently serviced and expectations are managed.
- Understand the client’s internal structure of stakeholders and ensure a relationship is formed with key members from every group (trading desk, risk, IT, operations, compliance).
- Maximise revenue opportunities for the company with existing clients by identifying upselling opportunities.
- Identify any potential opportunity or threat with other competitive solutions that may be on the client’s desktop.
- Identify potential risks due to support or product gaps in a proactive manner.
- Identify any risks to the business due to consolidation or downsizing.
- Provide feedback internally and keep up‑to‑date information and reporting in CRM tool.
- Assist our sales team in marketing campaigns across our existing clients.
- Facilitate client entertainment and networking events.
- Provide point of escalation for any ongoing support issues.
- Provide high‑level business updates to internal stakeholders at TS Imagine.
You should have
- Undergraduatedegree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or another similar field.
- The role is suitable for anyone from graduate to 2 years experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python or similar scripting language.
- Basic technical understanding of risk exposures, Greeks, sensitivities and P&L.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, MS Office.
- Professional competency in English; any other languages are an asset.
- Project management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation. This can be in an academic or professional capacity.
- Highly proficient communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to positively engage with and contribute to the wider global team.
Additionally the below are advantageous
- Exposure to technologies such as MongoDB / DynamoDB, Snowflake (or other SQL database platform), RESTful APIs, FIX.
- Knowledge of more advanced risk measures such as Value‑at‑Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing methodologies.
- Exposure to securities and financial markets with some experience in fixed income listed derivatives or credit products.
- Hands‑on knowledge and experience of Risk & Portfolio Management Software workflows and functionality.
