A leading community care provider based in Scotland is seeking a dedicated ICT Support Technician to join their team. This role involves providing remote and on-site IT support across their services, with opportunities to grow skills in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows support experience, familiarity with helpdesk systems, and the ability to document processes effectively. The position includes project participation and some travel for installations, with flexible working options offered.
We’re looking for a hands‑on ICT Support Technician to join our small, but busy team at Radis Group. Based at our head office in Tamworth, you’ll be providing a mix of desk‑side and remote support, helping staff across our nationwide care services. You’ll also get involved in project work, system maintenance, and occasional travel to support new site setups and on‑site troubleshooting (around 30 days per year).
This is a varied role with plenty of scope to grow your skills — ideal for someone with solid 1st and 2nd line experience who enjoys solving problems and making tech work smoothly for others.
You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — travel expenses are covered. The role involves some manual handling of IT equipment including full new site installation. We’re keen to support learning and development, so you’ll have opportunities to build new skills and take on fresh challenges.
Established in 2001, Radis Community Care has grown to become a leading provider of community based social care and support for thousands of vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales, focused on supporting people to live independently in their own homes and part of their local communities.
Radis is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
