About the Role

As an ICT Helpdesk Technician, you'll be the frontline support for our education customers, delivering technical assistance through telephone support, remote troubleshooting, and site visits. You'll play a vital role in ensuring users receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues, all while maintaining a seamless educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑line remote support, following defined processes to assist users with their ICT needs.
  • Utilise remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver service desk support in a busy environment, prioritising workloads to meet peak demands.
  • Accurately update service desk software, specifically using Connectwise Manage.
  • Showcase a strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and M365 products, including education‑specific applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and foster a positive work culture.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain technical equipment as required.
