A leading public sector organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking an ICT Analyst to join their IT Customer Service team. The role involves providing exceptional support to users, managing IT issues, and enhancing team skills. Candidates should have experience with ICT technologies, including troubleshooting, desktop support, and active directory management. As an ICT Analyst, you'll be joining a small and very friendly IT Customer Service team, responsible for up to 750 users. They're a flexible and supportive organisation to work for, with a flexible hybrid working model, flexitime and more.
The ICT Team is responsible for maintaining an effective ICT service, balancing the needs of the business and individual with the compliance and security demands of the organisation. The highly motivated team of 23 report to the Head of Internal Operations.
The Information Communication Technology Team is further divided into Customer services, Infrastructure and Applications Teams as below.
You will provide outstanding customer service, dealing with IT problems and acting as a point of escalation for Invest NI's busy service desk team. You will play a key role in developing the skills of the front-line team, ensuring a world class service.
You will help support colleagues across local and international locations as part of a busy service desk function. You will provide senior technical advice and guidance and take responsibility for large projects and more significant technical challenges. You will report to the Customer Services Manager.
