Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, especially coastal or inshore survey exposure.
  • Extensive, broad-ranging Hydrographic Survey experience, leading a specialist survey department.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead, and coach a team of surveyors and assistants.
  • Coordinate and manage a diverse project portfolio for survey execution.
  • Ensure the accuracy of survey data and deliverables through stringent QA procedures.
  • Assist the commercial team in completing detailed tender and PQQ documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day workload and optimize resource use.
