About the Company: My client is a rapidly expanding building services consultancy that has seen significant growth over the past 12 months. The York office has grown from two to five people, and new offices have recently been opened in Hull and King's Lynn. The role supports the York design team in delivering high-quality mechanical design solutions within a collaborative, work‑life balanced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical design solutions for building services projects
• Deliver designs using Hevacomp and IES software
• Liaise with colleagues across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
• Attend design meetings and provide technical input
• Manage workload to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical building services design
• Proficiency in Hevacomp and IES software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver quality work
• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable
